Membership Registration Fees

All new members are required to pay the following registration fees, which include a uniform, 1 month of training, and membership:

• Tiny Tigers Program: $90

• Youth/Adult Program: $150

 

Monthly Tuition

Students enrolled in our programs have the following monthly tuition options:

• Tiny Tigers Program:

  • $35/month (Auto-payment, 12-month commitment)

  • $50/month (Non-auto payment)

• Youth/Adult Program:

  • $45/month (Auto-payment, 12-month commitment)

  • $60/month (Non-auto payment)

 

Rank Testing Fees

• Gup Testing: $30

• Dan Testing Fees: Based on each degree of rank exam and certification level. Includes a new heavyweight uniform, embroidered belt, and certificate.

• Annual Dan Recertification Exam Fee: None

• Instructor License: $100 annually (AED/CPR/First Aid must be current)

• Each member is responsible for paying the required student membership to the Federation annually.

 

Discounts

We offer the following discounts to local students:

• Juniata College Students: $100 for fall or spring term (includes uniform, 4 months of training, and membership).

• Charter School Students: $100 for fall or spring term (includes uniform, 4 months of training, and membership).

 

Summer Break & Cancellation Policy

• Option 1: Continue Paying for Summer
  Students who continue training during the summer months (June, July, August) will pay the regular monthly tuition. There is no cancellation fee if they continue paying during the summer months.

  • Tiny Tigers: $35/month (Auto-payment)

  • Youth/Adult Program: $45/month (Auto-payment)

• Option 2: Cancel Membership for Summer
  Students may cancel their membership during the summer and return in the fall. Upon return, they will need to re-register and pay the new registration fee:

  • Tiny Tigers: $90

  • Youth/Adult Program: $150

• Option 3: Return After Summer
  If students choose to cancel and return in the fall, they will pay the re-registration fee upon return (includes the uniform and 1 month of training).

 

Prepaid Packages

Save on tuition by paying upfront for 6 or 12 months:

• 6-Month Prepay:

  • Tiny Tigers: $189 (10% off monthly tuition)

  • Youth/Adult Program: $243 (10% off monthly tuition)

• 12-Month Prepay:

  • Tiny Tigers: $378 (15% off monthly tuition)

  • Youth/Adult Program: $459 (15% off monthly tuition)

 

Private Lessons

We offer private lessons for personalized training:

• Private Lessons: $50 - $75/hour (based on instructor experience and demand)

 

Merchandise

We offer a variety of karate-related merchandise:

• Custom Gis (uniforms), t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories are available for purchase at the academy or online.

 

Special Seminars/Workshops

From self-defense classes to specialized rank testing workshops, we regularly host events to enhance our students’ experience.

• Fee: $25 - $50 per participant (for special events and workshops)

 

Referral Program

We value your referrals! For each new student you refer who stays for 3+ months, you will receive:

• $25 discount on your tuition.

• Free class or discounted uniform after 3 successful referrals.

 

Family Discounts

Make it more affordable for your family to train together:

• 10% discount on monthly tuition for each additional family member.

• Example: The first child pays full price, the second child gets 10% off, and the third child gets 15% off.

 

Flexible Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans to make tuition more manageable:

• Quarterly or Semi-Annual Payment Options:

  • 5% discount for paying 3 or 6 months in advance.

  • Pay upfront for savings on tuition and reduce the need for monthly payments.

• Auto-Pay Discount:

  • Receive $5 - $10 off your monthly tuition when you set up auto-payment.

 

Retention Programs

We offer loyalty rewards to keep our students motivated:

• Loyalty Rewards: Students who stay for 1 year or more will receive discounts or free gear (e.g., a free belt after 1 year of membership).

• Student of the Month: Recognition and small rewards like free classes or public recognition for students who show outstanding commitment.
