Mr. Walker is a 4th dan blackbelt instructor master instructor and is the Chief Instructor and owner at the Huntingdon Karate Academy in central Pennsylvania. Professionally he served the community of Huntingdon for over 40+ years as the CEO of the Huntingdon Savings Bank in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

Master Walker is a 5th dan blackbelt and master instructor in the World Tang Soo Do General Federation and the Hwa Rang World Tang Soo Do Federation. He believes that with traditional martial arts, you have to include modern day biomechanics and ways of performing traditional teaching better. Modern day science and research can greatly improve our already existing training methods. It is the Sho-shin believe of "beginners mind," where you can always get better and always improve and have growth and this is constant in his training and the teaching he wants to provide the members.
